Terms of Service and Warranty


  1. The response takes place within 24 working hours of receiving the (service request), when possible.
  2. An additional cost (300 riyals) is added per hour if it appears that the problem requires special support (a specific technician, balancing or separating periods, reviewing / examining accounts or data, or document bonding, etc.).
  3. The warranty period is the period of validity of the contract or one year from the date of installation of the agreed programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.
  4. VAT is added to (total invoice value)
  5. A copy of the software sales invoice must be attached if you choose that you are in the warranty period.
  6. In the event that incorrect data is registered, the application is considered canceled.
