Terms of Service and Warranty
- The response takes place within 24 working hours of receiving the (service request), when possible.
- An additional cost (300 riyals) is added per hour if it appears that the problem requires special support (a specific technician, balancing or separating periods, reviewing / examining accounts or data, or document bonding, etc.).
- The warranty period is the period of validity of the contract or one year from the date of installation of the agreed programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.
- VAT is added to (total invoice value)
- A copy of the software sales invoice must be attached if you choose that you are in the warranty period.
- In the event that incorrect data is registered, the application is considered canceled.
